A lot of small business owners spend so much time working in their business — handling day-to-day operations and taking care of customers — that they don’t have time to work on their business.
They don’t have time to plan for growth.
They don’t have time to reduce costs or optimize operations.
Everything becomes reactive instead of strategic.
