They have the “do-it-yourself” mentality.
I cannot tell you how many times I’ll walk into a small business and there’s one person running around seemingly doing everything while two or three or even more people are just sitting back and watching.
Just about every time that I see that, it’s the small business owner who is the person running around doing it all.
The Solution – Delegate and Trust Your Team
If you want to grow or just be sustainable in your business, you need to trust your employees.
You need to delegate and you need to be able to step back and let them do their jobs.
