About Me
I’m Dr. Paul Borosky, MBA, DBA, a professional business writer specializing in business plans and strategic plans. For more than 13 years, I’ve worked with startups, small businesses, and mid-sized companies.
In addition to consulting, I’m a published author of multiple business and finance books, including guides on business planning and financial modeling. My doctoral dissertation focused on the trucking industry and driver motivation.

The most requested service I provide is business plan and strategic plan writing. With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to create SBA- and investor-ready business plans, as well as long-term strategic roadmaps.

Business Mentoring and Consulting
Business mentoring is long-term support where I serve as a sounding board, motivator, and advisor. I typically meet with executives once or twice a week to help refine strategy, maintain focus, and provide guidance on execution.
Business consulting is project-based. Here, I step in to solve a specific problem—whether it’s improving cash flow, reducing costs, or creating a marketing plan. Once the problem is identified and solved, the project is complete.
