Frequently Asked Questions — Business Plan Prices

How much does a professional business plan cost?

Business plan prices at Quality Business Plan range from $500 for the Express Plan to $5,000+ for the Complete Plan. The right package depends on your business size, how much funding you're seeking, and how detailed your lender or investor requires the financials to be. A $100 deposit locks in your spot — the balance is due after you review and approve the scope of work.

How long does it take to write a business plan?

All plans are delivered in 7 days or less — guaranteed. Turnaround starts once the final deposit is received and the scope of work is signed. The process includes a questionnaire, a 15–30 minute clarification call, a financial model review, and final delivery in Word and PDF formats where applicable.

What's the difference between the Express and Traditional business plan?

The Express Plan is a 16-page plan designed for businesses with 2 or fewer employees seeking funding up to $100,000. The Traditional Plan is a 30–40 page plan recommended for SBA loans and funding up to $500,000 — it includes full-color charts, a 24-month P&L, SWOT analysis, financial ratios, and a more detailed industry and marketing analysis. If you're going to an SBA lender, the Traditional is the right starting point.

Do you offer financial projections without a full business plan?

Yes — financial projections are available as a standalone service starting at $400 for the Basic package (6 pages, 12-month P&L) up to $1,000 for the Complete package (19–24 pages with sensitivity analysis, best/worst case, and projected valuation). This is common for businesses that already have a written plan but need the financials updated for a new funding round. See the Financial Projections page for full details.

Does Dr. Paul write the plan himself?

Yes. The person you call is the person writing your plan. There are no junior writers, no outsourcing, no hand-offs. Dr. Paul Borosky, DBA, MBA handles every engagement personally — from the initial call through the financial model, the draft, and any revisions included in your package.
